- He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and started his professional career in 2007 with a Pune based advisory firm predominately into governance, risk and compliance
- With diversification by the firm into transaction advisory, he was responsible in planning and executing due diligence and valuation activities
- He moved in 2008 to one of the BIG 4 with their risk advisory team, where he was responsible in planning and executing internal audit, shared services and Sarbanes-Oxley Act, 2002 (SOX) assignments
- He moved in 2010 to a Pune based boutique firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) where he graduated to Vice President (M&A)
- He garnered experience in entire gamut of M&A covering corporate restructuring, transaction advisory, negotiations & closures and transaction structuring ranging from publicly listed corporations to mid & large sized unlisted entities
- In the past, he co-founded Phronesis Advisory and subsequently Avid Advisory with a focus on transaction, management and risk advisory services
- He is registered as a mentor with startup India, an initiative by Government of India under Ministry of Commerce and Industry
